At the Synergy 2021 Construction Forum, held in Chicago, IL from July 25 to July 27, Nationwide Coils had the opportunity to share its expertise with industry leaders. Chris Wright, the Chicago Branch Manager, delivered a presentation to an audience of VPs, project managers, and operations managers—key decision-makers within the construction sector.
This event was a valuable platform for networking, idea exchange, and building stronger industry relationships. Kathy Gausselin, Member Support Specialist at Synergy, reached out to us, and we were thrilled to take part. It was a natural fit for Chris, who is based in the area and has deep ties to the local construction community.
Before Chris took the stage, Brad Miller and Chalo Cipriano from ACIS provided a warm introduction. They highlighted Nationwide Coils’ reliable support during the Texas storm in February and praised our consistent service throughout the year. They also shared a recent success story: a project involving 30 coil changeouts completed without any issues just the day before the forum. Chalo emphasized how our accurate measurements and precise connection points made installation smooth and efficient for their team.

The HVAC industry has faced challenges in 2021, especially with coil manufacturing lead times. Despite these hurdles, Nationwide Coils has remained committed to supporting our clients. We’re seeing signs of recovery, and it’s rewarding to hear positive feedback from those we serve.
Chris then presented on behalf of Nationwide Coils, discussing our nationwide presence, dedicated branch representatives, and how we assist customers even in areas where we don’t have a local office. He explained that we use high-quality software, a comprehensive database of coil drawings, and detailed photos to ensure accurate measurements. If needed, we can also arrange site visits. Our team is always evaluating new locations for future branches to better serve our growing client base.
In addition to the presentation, Nationwide Coils sponsored a break time snack station, offering attendees some well-deserved refreshments.
