Holographic 3D Remote Sensing System National Major Scientific Research Project Launched

[China Instrument Network Instrument R&D] On the morning of December 17, 2016, the National Key Scientific Instruments and Equipment Development Special Project “Development and Industrialization of Domestic Holographic Holographic 3D Remote Sensing System” led by Leader Space Information Technology Co., Ltd. will be held in Wuhan City, Hubei Province was held. Experts from project technical experts, management experts, user committees, representatives from project partners, Hubei Science and Technology Department, and Wuhan University attended the meeting.

It is understood that this project is one of the country's major R&D plans and has received 20 million yuan of central government funding. The implementation period of the project is five years and was officially announced in June 2016.
The project “Development and Industrialization of Home-made Holographic 3D Remote Sensing System” mainly focuses on the development of home-made air-ground holographic high-resolution laser imaging hardware equipment, post-processing software systems and industrialization demonstration applications to solve high-resolution laser imaging and high-precision laser pointing. Control, high-sensitivity array detection and data intelligent post-processing and other key technical problems, technical research and development and industrial production, and demonstration applications in smart cities, mapping, land and resources, security and other areas.
The official launch of the “Development and Industrialization of Domestic Holographic 3D Remote Sensing System” symbolizes another important R&D project in China to be put on the agenda. It will have a positive impact on China’s research and development in the field of remote sensing.
