On January 13, the monitoring and control system of Xin Juzhong Zhongshi 209 transfer station designed by Sun Kai and Xing Jimeng of the Daqing Oilfield No. 1 Plant Instrument Brigade Simulation Test Laboratory successfully passed simulation tests and achieved successful production. They completed the design of the project with 40 control points in only 4 days, and once again refreshed the shortest record of single station design time. At present, the independent research and development technology of the measurement and control system at Daqing Oil Production Plant 1 is becoming more and more mature, and it is expected that full coverage will be achieved by 2020.
As the earliest and largest scaled old factory in Daqing Oilfield, there is a contradiction in the measurement and control system for the oil production plant No. 1 in terms of communication methods, software types, and difficulty in maintenance. This poses hidden dangers to the safe and stable production of the station. Since 2012, they have organized scientific research forces to focus on research and development from hardware configuration to software development, and started research and development of automated measurement and control systems. After more than two years of unremitting efforts, the instrument team technicians successfully developed a variety of types of station monitoring and control systems with independent intellectual property rights, which solved the long-standing problems of core technical barriers and inability to maintain independently, and not only filled domestic oil companies. Independent research and development to apply the blank of the measurement and control system, but also took a road to reduce costs and increase efficiency that is supported by technological innovation. Only the development of the system can reduce the cost of the company by more than 3 million yuan per year.
Up to now, Daqing No.1 Oil Production Plant has successfully developed 78 station monitoring and control systems. Every day, tens of thousands of production parameters are transmitted to the main control room through the measurement and control system, which provides an effective guarantee for the safe and stable production of the station.
