This report comes from Chi-Town Fire Photos:
A working fire occurred on the northwest side of Chicago on Sunday morning at 10:30 PM on January 12th, 2019, at 2230 N Narragansett. Engine Company 125 responded to a fire that had spread into the walls and attic of a 1.5-story frame house. Two hoselines were deployed during the incident. Truck 53 and Squad 2 made several roof cuts to ventilate the structure. It appeared to be a very labor-intensive operation with a lot of work involved.
Engine 125 is still using a spare engine since their original unit was damaged in a crash several months ago. I've heard that they're expected to get their regular E-One back within the next week or so, which should help restore full operational capability for the company.

The images also capture the aftermath of the fire, with firefighters showing signs of exhaustion and soot-covered faces. One photo shows a spare fire engine, likely used by Engine 125 while their main unit is being repaired. These images give a real-time look at the intensity of the response and the dedication of the crew involved.
