The Decision of the State Administration of Work Safety on Amending and Abolishing Some Regulations and Normative Documents (hereinafter referred to as the "Decision") was recently announced. The "Decision" shall come into force as of the date of promulgation.
The Decisions abolished 13 normative documents. Repeal "seven coal Kuangkuang provisions to protect the safety of miners," "fireworks company to protect the safety of production set out in Article", "chemical (hazardous chemicals) production company to protect security set out in Article", "non-coal mine safety production set out in Article" , "Strictly Prevent Five Dust Explosions of Enterprises", "Five Provisions on Safe Operation of Limited Space", "Six Provisions on Announcement of Enterprise Safety Production Risk", "Provisions on Five Standards for Safety Evaluation and Inspection and Inspection Organizations (Trial)", "Labor-intensive Processing" Eight Provisions on Safe Production of Enterprises, Article 9 of Emergency Management of Enterprise Safety Production, Eight Provisions on Prevention and Control of Occupational Disease Hazards of Employers, Ten Provisions on Strengthening Prevention and Control of Coal Mine Gas, and Ten Provisions on Fire and Explosion Prevention of Oil and Gas Tank Areas Relevant regulations are implemented.
