Reasons for Camera Lost Packet 2: Device Failure
Device failures mainly refer to hardware failures of the device and do not include packet loss due to improper software configuration. If the network adapter is bad, a physical port failure occurs on one port of the switch, the electrical port of the fiber transceiver is connected to the network device, or the duplex mode of the device interfaces on both ends does not match.

Reason for Camera Lost Packet 3: Physical Line Failure
When the network administrator discovers that the WAN line is disconnected, when this happens, there may be a line failure or it may be due to the user. In order to distinguish whether it is a line fault, you can do the following test.
If the WAN line is implemented through a router, you can log in to the router and use the extended ping to send a large number of packets to the remote router's WAN interface for testing.
If the line is implemented through a three-layer switch, connect one computer to the two ends of the line and set the IP address to the WAN interface address of the local Layer 3 routing switch. Use the command “ping the peer computer address -t”. test.

There are many packet loss phenomena caused by physical lines, such as fiber connection problems, jumper lines that are not aligned with the device interface, twisted pair cables, and problems with RJ-45 connectors. In addition, datagram errors caused by random noise or burst noise on communication lines, RF signal interference, signal attenuation, etc., may cause data packet loss. There are many reasons for the increase in packet loss rate due to network congestion, which is mainly caused by the large number of router resources.
