New Design PP Single Screw Plastic Pellet Machine Recycling Extruder
This advanced extrusion and pelletizing system is designed for processing 120-1000kg/hr of plastic materials. The AMSE series single screw extrusion and pelletizing line is specifically engineered for recycling medium to large quantities of heavy regrind materials, such as PE, PP, PS, ABS, PA, and PC rigid plastics. The system efficiently processes raw material without pre-cutting or compression, using a screw conveyor to feed the material directly into the extruder. The feeding rate is automatically controlled based on the load of the extruder motor, ensuring smooth and consistent operation.
The system includes a continuous melt filter that can be equipped with or without a backflushing system to remove solid foreign substances. This high-efficiency and continuous system gently remelts the rigid plastic, effectively removes volatiles and impurities, and produces high-quality plastic granules. A key advantage is that no additional heating or treatment is required before extrusion, making it energy-efficient and cost-effective.
The user-friendly touch screen interface ensures easy start-up, shutdown, and overall operation of the system. The AMSE series offers five different machine sizes, covering an output range from 120 to 1000 kg/h. Each unit can be customized with options such as degassing, high vacuum systems, backflushing filters, and various pelletizing methods (strand, water ring, or under-water), depending on the type and quantity of the material being processed.
