YWC Series Oily Water Treatment MachineApplication 1:
The YWC series oily water treatment machine, also known as a 15ppm marine oil-water separator or 15ppm bilge water separator, is an environmentally friendly device designed according to the standards of IMO MEPC 107(49), ensuring that the oil content in the effluent water is less than or equal to 15ppm. This high-tech equipment is essential for marine environmental protection and effectively processes bilge water containing various fuels, heavy residual oils, and emulsified mixtures consisting of ferric oxide and surfactants. Its treatment flow rate ranges from 0.25m3 to 5m3. There are nine models available, with the smallest model YWC-0.25 suitable for ships with a displacement of less than 1000T, while the largest model YWC-5.00 can be used on large ships with a displacement of over 300,000T.
Application 2:
This machine is widely used in sewage treatment at ports, wharves, and industrial and mining enterprises. It includes fine filtration for large volumes of oilfield reinjection water, filtration and advanced treatment of circulating cooling water for power plants and petrochemical facilities, advanced treatment for oil refineries and wastewater treatment plants, filtration of water supply and drainage systems in metallurgy and coal industries, and other industries requiring large amounts of water and high precision filtration. The discharge meets all relevant requirements set by national environmental protection agencies.

It offers fast and efficient oil-water separation using corrosion-resistant, high-temperature resistant stainless steel porous diffusers and corrugated small oil droplet coalescers with excellent mechanical strength to separate oil and water quickly and efficiently.
Its water purification system operates through four stages: first by inclined plate and gravity separation, second by fiber filter, third by closed-type fiber filter separation, and finally by ultrafiltration membrane separation. This ensures the purified water meets the required standards.
The water purification system is equipped with a backwashing device that cleans hydrophilic and oleophobic filter materials promptly, ensuring the effectiveness of the fiber filter and extending its service life.
The machine is equipped with comprehensive protection devices, and its executive components provide protection against pressure, power outages, overvoltage, and undervoltage, ensuring safe operation and preventing accidents.
It is highly automated and labor-saving, using advanced moisture transducers to control the drainage of the oily water separator. When the water level reaches a preset height after oil and water separation, the water pump automatically starts to drain the water into the water purification system for processing.
