YWC Series Oily Water Treatment MachineApplication 1:
The YWC series oily water treatment machine, also known as the 15ppm marine oil-water separator or 15ppm bilge water separator, is an environmentally friendly device designed according to the standards of IMO MEPC 107(49), ensuring that the oil content in the effluent water is less than or equal to 15ppm. This high-tech equipment is used for marine environmental protection and can effectively process bilge water containing various fuels, heavy residual oils, and emulsified mixtures consisting of ferric oxide and surfactants. Its treatment capacity ranges from 0.25m3 to 5m3. There are nine models available, with the smallest model, YWC-0.25, suitable for ships with a displacement of less than 1000T, while the largest model, YWC-5.00, is ideal for large ships with a displacement over 300,000T.
Application 2:
This machine is widely used in sewage treatment at ports, wharves, industrial and mining enterprises. It is suitable for fine filtration of large volumes of oilfield reinjection water, filtration and advanced treatment of circulating cooling water in power plants and petrochemical facilities, advanced treatment of oil refinery and sewage treatment plants, and filtration of water supply and drainage systems in metallurgy and coal industries. The discharge meets all national environmental regulations and standards.

It offers fast and efficient oil-water separation using corrosion-resistant, high-temperature stainless steel porous diffusers and corrugated oil droplet coalescers with excellent mechanical strength, allowing rapid and effective separation of oil and water.
The water purification system uses a four-stage process: first, inclined plate and gravity separation; second, fiber filter; third, closed-type fiber filter separation; and finally, ultrafiltration membrane separation. This ensures the purified water meets its discharge standards.
The water purification system includes a backwashing device that cleans hydrophilic and oleophobic filter materials, ensuring the effectiveness of the fiber filter and extending its service life.
This machine is equipped with comprehensive protection devices that provide pressure, power cut, overvoltage, and undervoltage protection for the equipment, ensuring safe operation and preventing accidents.
It is highly automated and labor-saving, utilizing an advanced moisture sensor to control the drainage of the oily water separator. When the water level reaches a preset height after oil and water separation, the water pump automatically starts to drain the water into the water purification system for further processing.
