Plastic recycling extrusion machine / PP PE HDPE granulating plastic single screw extruder. This is mainly used for PP PE film and rigid or hard crushed material, it is specially designed for feeding squeezed material, waste dirty material after washed and dried.
This two-stage machine comes with two screen changers, allowing for more effective impurity filtering. Additionally, the machine includes one vacuum degassing and one natural degassing system, resulting in more beautiful pellets. The machine is known for its high performance and efficiency. The screw is specifically designed for different materials, and the heater can be made from cost-effective aluminum, copper, alloy, ceramic, or other materials.
The side feeder includes a mixer, which continuously runs to ensure that the material doesn't stick together, making it easier to feed into the extruder.
