New Design PP Single Screw Plastic Pellet Machine Recycling Extruder
This 120-1000kg/hr single screw extrusion and pelletizing line is designed for efficient recycling of rigid plastic materials such as PE, PP, PS, ABS, PA, and PC. The AMSE series is a reliable system that handles large quantities of heavy regrind materials (>300g/l) without pre-cutting or compressing. The material is fed directly into the extruder via a screw conveyor, with the feeding rate automatically controlled by the motor load. A continuous melt filter removes solid contaminants, optionally with a backflushing system. This system ensures gentle remelting, significant volatilization, and impurities filtration, making it ideal for producing high-quality plastic granules. No prior heating or treatment is required before extrusion. A user-friendly touch screen simplifies operation and management of the entire process.
The system includes five machine sizes, covering an output range from 120 to 1000 kg/h. Each unit can be equipped with degassing, high vacuum, backflushing filters, and various pelletizing systems (strand, water ring, or under-water), depending on the material type and quantity. This flexibility makes it suitable for a wide range of applications in the plastic recycling industry.
