Metrology Artifact: Hunan Metering Center develops energy metering diagnostic analyzer

[China Instrument Network Instrument R&D] was informed on December 19 that an expert group led by Professor Teng Zhaosheng of Hunan University identified the on-site electric energy metering diagnostic analyzer developed by the Hunan Metering Center, and the identification result was at the leading domestic level. Following the "Tanghu Checker", the center's scientific team created another diagnostic "artifact."

In recent years, the construction of low-pressure collection and copying has been continuously promoted, and the collection of electricity information has been progressing toward full coverage. The remote collection has increased the pressure for measurement fault diagnosis and troubleshooting in the field of the Taiwan area. The professional quality of the measurement and acquisition staff of on-site operation and maintenance staff of counties and power supply companies is uneven, and it is difficult to perform complex, cumbersome measurement, fault diagnosis, analysis, and troubleshooting in the Taiwan area based on experience alone. In order to effectively solve this problem and adhere to the problem-oriented principle, the researchers of the measurement center developed a pedometer diagnostic analyzer that integrates rapid detection of crosstalk sources, rapid positioning of fault tables, and field analysis of line loss at the site. At the appraisal meeting, the expert group pointed out that the equipment is advanced in technology, convenient to use and practical, can effectively improve the working efficiency of on-site metering and troubleshooting personnel, and greatly reduce labor intensity, which is worthy of promotion and application.

It is understood that the equipment has currently been funded by Hunan company employees to promote innovation results, plans to promote the application of 14 units in the province, has applied for and publicly disclosed one invention patent, authorized one utility model patent, applied for a software copyright, published One Chinese core journal article.
