March 18, 2008 – The 17th China International Electronic Circuits Exhibition (CPCA SHOW 2008) kicked off today at the Shanghai New International Expo Center. The newly launched precision motion platforms in the Chinese market combine standard and custom solutions using advanced air bearing technology. They feature ultra-precision linear translation stages, rotary spindles, XY stages, and multi-axis positioners. The standard air bearing products include a proprietary anti-collision rotating spindle capable of over 30,000 rpm, ensuring smooth and accurate movement. With sub-micron accuracy and compact design, these platforms are ideal for high-demand applications like PCB drilling machines, significantly improving equipment performance and reliability.
Other notable products at the exhibition included the AKM series motors, known for their high torque density and acceleration, and the S200 series servo drives, which offer an industry-leading speed loop bandwidth of up to 800Hz. These drives are compact, easy to configure, and deliver exceptional performance. The DDL direct drive linear motors also drew significant attention, thanks to their maintenance-free operation, high rigidity, and precise positioning. The ironless core version of the DDL motor eliminates cogging effects and delivers maximum thrust per unit volume, ensuring smooth and quiet performance.
