Centrifugal pump maintenance and repair what are the requirements

Centrifugal pump is used to transport water or other liquid equipment, it has high efficiency, can be directly connected with the high-speed motor running, simple structure, light body, easy to adjust, in industrial and agricultural production and daily life has been widely used .
Centrifugal pump in operation, may have a variety of faults, and now the possible causes of failure and approach are described below.
(1) the pump does not start when the water.
â‘  No water or no water before starting. Should stop the pump to re-fill the water;
â‘¡ absorbent height is too large. Should reduce the water absorption height, not more than 6 meters;
â‘¢ suction pipe leaks or bubbles, should check the suction pipe to eliminate leakage;
