The oversized rotor provides faster tip speed for improved cutting performance and is built from thick steel to handle tough materials like 6-inch diameter tree trunks. Blades: The reversible blades are made from precision-cut tool steel and are hardened for long-lasting sharpness. This ensures consistent cutting performance and reduces downtime for maintenance. Air Vents: Behind the blades, integrated blower paddles and twig breakers help increase output force and produce smaller chips that exit the machine more efficiently. Adjustable Chute: Easily direct where you want the chips to go using the double-adjustable discharge chute. The chute can rotate 360 degrees, and the top deflector adjusts the distance, allowing for better chip control and longer projection. Twig Breaker Blower Paddles: These paddles work in conjunction with the blades to break down twigs and create a more uniform chip size, improving efficiency and reducing clogging. Mounting Configurations: The YRX-40 wood chipper offers three mounting options: a three-point hitch, skid steer mount, and trailer setup, making it versatile for different applications and environments. Hydraulic Feed Hopper: The aggressive hydraulic feed system allows for continuous feeding of material, making the chipping process smooth and efficient.
