In February, the trial production and finalization of a 1-ton compartment detachable garbage truck with a domestically minimal tonnage pull arm hook were successfully completed. This achievement marked a major milestone for the company in the sanitation industry. The operational flexibility and efficiency of the 1-ton compartment detachable garbage truck represent a fundamental shift from traditional urban waste collection methods. Currently, design improvements on the 6-ton detachable garbage truck and the development of the 3-ton model have been finalized. Both models are intended for secondary waste transportation and can be used for collecting bulk waste as well as compressed garbage, which aligns with current market demands. The 6-ton version is set for mass production in May, while the 3-ton model will be completed by June. The serialization of the garbage truck compartments is also nearing completion, featuring various shapes and materials. Different cabinet designs and docking methods will offer users more convenient and efficient solutions. Meanwhile, the process department is actively working on refining manufacturing and assembly processes, developing a range of tooling equipment specifically for pull-arm hook products, thus enhancing the overall lean manufacturing capabilities of the company. To further promote its environmental sanitation products, the company, in collaboration with its technical team, launched a “Listening to the Voice of Users and Promoting Effective Sanitation” campaign in Quanshan and Yunlong districts. During the event, 1-ton and 3-ton detachable garbage trucks were displayed, helping to raise user awareness and interest in XCMG’s sanitation solutions. Through these “short, flat, and fast” strategies, the truck crane company effectively captured market trends and laid a solid foundation for securing the first batch of government procurement contracts in the near future.
