The 6S Shaking Table is a high-efficiency gravity separation equipment designed for the processing of fine and ultra-fine particles. It is widely used in the concentration of rare metals, ferrous and non-ferrous metals, precious metals, coal, and other minerals. This machine can operate independently or in combination with jigs, spiral separators, and centrifugal concentrators to enhance overall recovery rates. The LS Shaking Table works based on the differences in specific gravity of the feed material, combined with reciprocating motion and lateral water flow over an inclined surface. This creates distinct zones of minerals with different densities, resulting in high-quality concentrates, easy operation, and convenient adjustment. The table surface is made from either ore sand or slime and constructed using glass fiber-reinforced plastic (GFRP) or aluminum alloy, ensuring durability and resistance to wear.
This type of shaking table is ideal for small, medium, and large-scale mining operations. It is suitable for rough selection, cleaning, and scavenging of non-ferrous and ferrous metals, rare and precious metals, gold, and non-metallic ores. There are two main types: ore sand tables for coarser materials and ore slime tables for finer particles.
**Structure and Working Principle**
The machine consists of three main parts: the head mechanism, the shaking table surface, and the bearing and gradient adjustment system.
1. **Head Mechanism**: This is an eccentric connecting-rod type system. The motor drives the eccentric shaft, which causes the connecting rod to move up and down. When the connecting rod pushes the toggle plate, it compresses the spring, driving the table surface forward. When the rod moves upward, the spring tension pulls the table surface backward. This converts the rotational motion into horizontal alternating movement.
2. **Shaking Table Surface**: The surface is composed of a vibrating roof, steel skeleton, GFRP layer, wear-resistant surface, feed water tank, feed chute, and draw bar. The GFRP composite structure provides strength and stability, while the surface and riffles are made from abrasion-resistant materials.
3. **Bearing and Gradient Adjustment Mechanism**: This includes a shaking support plate, adjusting seat board, saddle seat, and adjusting screw. The support plate allows the table surface to move arc-like in the vertical plane. By rotating the handwheel, the transverse slope of the table can be adjusted for optimal performance.
