Solution: Open the side panel of the control cabinet, turn on the power, set the temperature control to 0 degrees (that is, no heating state), turn on the oscillation switch, adjust the speed to the highest, and use the multimeter to exchange 250 files to measure whether the transformer has 220V voltage input If it is not, then the switch is broken. Conversely, if there is no 12V voltage output (with AC 50V), then the transformer is bad if it is not available. Do not replace the transformer easily. In this case, there is usually a short circuit fault in the rectified part of the circuit board or the motor. (In this case, the appearance of the transformer is charred.) To eliminate the above situation, replace it. 12V voltage is normal, check whether there is DC 12 voltage (DC 50V file), if not, the rectifier bridge is disconnected and replaced. If yes, check whether the voltage is output to the motor (5-8V or so). If the motor is bad, or if the instrument is not used for a long time, the mechanical part will rust. If it is not, the high power tube in the control board will be damaged. The above method can basically solve the problem of no oscillation.
