After using the 6D32-285 compressor for more than 30 years, the compressor flaps are damaged frequently, resulting in more system shutdowns and longer parking time, which seriously affects the long-term operation of production and restricts the improvement of economic benefits. In order to change this situation, the factory organized relevant personnel to carry out technical research. According to statistics, analysis and research on the damage of the previous valve, the damage of the valve itself is the main reason for parking. Through investigation, it was found that the bacterial valve of a limited company has reliable performance and corrosion resistance. Its promised service life is more than 180 days, and the price is suitable. Therefore, it is decided to try it on the 6D32-250 compressor. Now introduce the new mushroom valve (referred to as the mushroom valve) and the original commonly used air cushion valve (referred to as the air cushion valve).

The statistics of the parking caused by the valve problems during the operation of the original compressor show that the original air cushion valve has frequent failures, the shortest running time is 5d, and the average running time is 22.25d. When the equipment was overhauled in October 2001, it was cleaned up. It runs 79d before cleaning, and runs 187d after cleaning. It can be seen that its life and quality are cleared, and the running time is obviously longer than the original air cushion valve.
