Jieruixin Thermal Adhesive Label Paper Coating Line/Making Machine1. Dye sublimation paper coating machine mainly includes single-station release paper unit, blade coating, pneumatic open-type hot air drying system, back coating wet Mizube, dryer coherent states finishing department, two-roll calender machines, single station automatic correction reel, drive unit and electrical control nine parts. Driven by frequency step motor. The machine features a simple structure, easy operation and maintenance, and low paper loss rate.
2. Hot Air Drying System
This machine uses three 4-meter hot air ovens with a total length of 12 meters. The system consists of hot air ovens, heating fans, heat exchangers, thermometers, and hot air ducts. The oven is made of welded steel with an insulation thickness of 80 mm. The packaging material is color steel plate, and galvanized sheet is used inside. The hot air nozzles are made of stainless steel. Each oven is equipped with four guide rollers, which have gears. Air within the oven is recycled with fresh air, and the temperature is controlled by adjusting steam pressure. The ducts are made of welded steel and coated with temperature-resistant paint. There are three heating air blowers and one boiler centrifugal induced fan with a power of 7.5KW. There are three sets of heat exchangers, each with four units and a radiating area of 35m². The guide rollers are 140×1300mm in size, with a total of 12 units and hard chrome-plated roller bodies.
