Mobile Ball Mill/Crawler Ball Mill

The mobile ball mill is the key equipment for crushing the material after it has been broken. Ball mills are widely used in cement, silicate products, new building materials, refractories, fertilizers, black and non-ferrous metal beneficiation and glass-ceramic industries, and dry or wet grinding of various ores and other abrasive materials. The mobile ball mill products have been optimized and enhanced to provide higher strength, better performance and a more compact structure.
The mobile ball mill is a self-developed fully hydraulically driven crawler chassis self-propelled grinding equipment designed to meet market demand. Widely used in building materials, chemical and other industries. The flow rate of the mineral material in the mobile ball mill is greatly related to the ratio of the ball material, and can be regulated by the quilting of the screen to give full play to the grinding effect of the mobile ball mill, to ensure the balance of each tank body, reduce the resistance, and improve the grinding efficiency. The ball mill bearings are lubricated with thin oil, which is conducive to the cleaning of the bearings inside the equipment during operation and reduce the wear of the bearings. The Braun ball mill equipment reduces the degree of replacement of the wearing parts of the equipment to a large extent. The ball mill liners and steel balls are The use of high-chrome steel, wear-resistant use of a long period of time for the customer's equipment maintenance and production of the operation bring great benefits!

working principle
The material is loaded into the barrel by the hollow shaft of the feed end of the movable ball mill. When the barrel of the ball mill rotates, the frictional force causes it to be carried away by the barrel near the cylinder liner, when brought to a certain height. Due to its own gravity, it is thrown off, and the falling grinding body smashes the material inside the barrel like a projectile. The price material enters the mill silo evenly and spirally through the feeding device through the hollow shaft of the feeding material. There is a step lining plate or a corrugated lining plate in the storage device. The steel ball is filled with various specifications, and the cylinder body rotates to generate centrifugal force to bring the steel ball to a certain height. After falling, it will produce heavy blow and grinding effect on the material. After the material reaches rough grinding, it enters the second bin through a single-layered barrier plate. The bin is set with a flat liner and contains steel balls to further grind the material. The powder is discharged through the discharge sampan plate to complete the grinding operation.
