Scrap is a recycling resource that can be used indefinitely and repeatedly with low natural loss. Each 1t of scrap steel can reduce the consumption of 1.7t concentrate powder, while reducing the mining of 4.3t ore and the discharge of 2.6t steel tailings slag. At present, the total amount of scrap produced in the world is 300-400 million tons, accounting for 45-50% of the total steel output, of which 85-90% is used as raw material for steelmaking, and 10-15% is used for casting, iron making and recycled steel. .
The delivered equipment was put into operation on the same day, responsible for the screening, disassembly, grabbing, stacking and loading and unloading of waste. In addition, several loaders are also equipped for shoveling and short-distance transportation. The 922E extension arm is used for long-distance grabbing and lifting of loads.
