Turning frequency; in special cases, higher requirements are required for the inverter, such as the environment used, the temperature and humidity of the periphery, and so on.
(2) The selection and setting of the parameters of the inverter is the prerequisite for ensuring the normal operation of the load. For example, the inverter needs different time according to the moment of inertia of the load, and the time required to start and stop the motor is different. If the set time is too short, the inverter will overcurrent during acceleration and overvoltage protection during deceleration; If the time is too long, the inverter will make the system adjust slowly during the speed regulation operation, the reaction will be delayed, and the reaction ability will be poor. For a long time, the motor will not reach the desired speed, and the system is easy to be in a short-term unstable state. In short, the length of start and stop depends on the speed of the motor and the size of the load.

The problems that the inverter should pay attention to when controlling the motor operation (1) In the system of the inverter controlling the high-speed motor, the motor is a special inverter motor, and the ordinary motor is not available. At the same time, the vibration and noise of the motor must be considered. It is also necessary to confirm the range of speed of use of the motor bearings and mechanical devices. The inverter may encounter the mechanical resonance point of the load device within a certain output frequency range, and the jump frequency must be set to avoid the resonance point.
(2) In this system, the power cable and the motor cable must not be connected incorrectly during wiring. Otherwise, the inverter will be damaged. Before the motor is used for the first time or after being used for a long time, it should be checked for motor insulation to prevent damage to the inverter due to insulation failure of the motor winding. When testing with a 1000v voltage type megohmmeter, it should be ensured that the measured insulation resistance is greater than or equal to 5 megohms.
(3) When the inverter is working, there is high voltage inside, in order to ensure the safety of people and equipment. The inverter must be grounded reliably and must not be grounded together with other high-powered equipment. The shorter the grounding wire, the better.
(4) For the motor that controls the atomizer, the order of loading should be correct. The inverter must be started to let the motor reach the required speed, and then the material is added to the atomizer, otherwise the inverter will have overload protection. When stopping, stop feeding, then stop the motor, and finally turn off the inverter power.
(5) If it is necessary to install a switching device such as a contactor between the output side of the inverter and the motor, make sure that the inverter is turned on and off when there is no output, otherwise the inverter may be damaged.
(6) Repair the inverter. After the power is turned off for 10 minutes, the charging indicator light is completely extinguished or the positive and negative bus voltages are below 36v, otherwise there is danger of electric shock. The wiring work must be carried out with the input power supply completely disconnected; after the wiring is completed, the cover must be closed before power can be applied; after power-on, except for the operation panel of the keyboard, it is forbidden to touch the inverter (including accessories). Advantages of using a frequency converter to control a motor (1) Low cost The mechanical atomizer used on a drying device has a complicated structure and high cost. It usually consists of at least two motors (spindle motor and oil pump motor, and two oil pump motors are used for high power), so its price is much higher than the price of one inverter and one high speed motor.
(2) Low energy consumption For the atomizer system that atomizes the same amount every hour, the mechanical atomizer has a large motor and a large number of electric motors, thus consuming too much electric energy; . The use of the inverter to control can change the motor speed according to the change of the load, of course, will reduce the power consumption. For example, the fan-type load inverter can control energy saving by 20% to 30%.
(3) Low failure rate As long as the inverter manual is read and the inverter is operated correctly, there are usually few problems. Even if the fault occurs, it can be displayed through the fault display of the inverter.
(4) Simple operation In the drying equipment system without the inverter control, if the negative pressure of the system (ie the air volume of the induced draft fan) is to be changed, the butterfly valve at the front end of the induced draft fan must be adjusted, and the inverter should only change the set value. Will achieve the goal. This will not only reduce the labor intensity of the operator, but also improve the stability and sensitivity of the system.
