The certification experts first listened to the report on the development of Re-powered remanufacturing. Subsequently, the expert group conducted field research on the engine dismantling site and the remanufacturing production line. After a detailed understanding of the production process of the remanufactured engine, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology implemented the “Remanufactured Product Certification Implementation Guide†and the “Remanufactured Product Certification Management Measuresâ€. The comprehensive power remanufacturing product structure, remanufacturing technology innovation and key technology application capabilities, remanufacturing product quality control system, and parts remanufacturing utilization rate were reviewed. After review, the expert group unanimously determined that the production process of Fuqiang Power Remanufactured Engine meets the requirements of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. At the same time, the members of the expert group highly praised Recycling's “resource-saving, environment-friendly†circular economy concept and years of research and application in new technologies, new processes and new materials.
The team also visited the MC engine production line, which represents the highest level of engine manufacturing in China, with great interest.
