In the development process of the organosilicon industry in China from scratch, from the beginning to the end, no technology has been introduced and it has been developed entirely on its own. Through continuous independent innovation, remarkable progress has been made in terms of technology and scale. Silicone monomer and primary silicone production capacity as the foundation and key of the silicone industry has been greatly increased, and now has an annual production capacity of more than 200,000 tons; annual production capacity of silicone oil and secondary processing products is approximately 50,000 tons, and silicone rubber production capacity Up to 160,000 tons, it is currently developing in scale, serialization, and specialization; the output of silicone resin has exceeded 6,000 tons, and the silane coupling agent has developed rapidly with an annual production capacity of 20,000 tons.
Since the 1990s, driven by demand, China's organic silicon industry rooted in independent innovation has developed rapidly. First of all, the Blue Star Spark Chemical Plant achieved a production capacity of 20,000 tons/year of silicone monomer through technical reforms, and then built the first domestic 50,000-ton/year plant, which made a major breakthrough in the production of organic silicon monomers in China.
Methylchlorosilane is the basis of the silicone industry. Since 1957, Shenyang Chemical Research Institute, Beijing Chemical Research Institute, Chenguang Chemical Research Institute have participated in the research and development of this product, and completed a fluidized bed synthesis of methylchlorosilane plant in Shanghai Resin Factory in the 1970s. The pilot work, in the late 80s, built a 10,000-ton industrial test facility at Xinghuo Chemical Factory, laying the foundation for the industrialization of methylchlorosilane synthesis in China. At present, the maximum production capacity of a single unit of this product has been expanded to 50,000 tons/year. Bluestar New Material Company is building a 100,000-ton production facility.
In the field of fluorinated chemicals, there are currently hundreds of inorganic fluorides that China can produce, including 500,000 tons of hydrogen fluoride, which has become a major producer and exporter. The production capacity of artificial cryolite, aluminum fluoride and sodium fluorosilicate has exceeded 100,000. Tons, the production capacity of most inorganic fluorides is over 10,000 tons; the production capacity of HCFC-22, which is the main raw material for air conditioning refrigerants and fluorine materials, has exceeded 350,000 tons; the annual production capacity of fluorocarbon resins has exceeded 50,000 tons, not only meeting domestic demand, but also entering In the international market, fluorine rubber production maintains a very high growth rate. At present, the production capacity exceeds 30,000 tons, which can meet the actual domestic demand; ODS substitutes have formed a relatively complete product series, and a number of alternatives such as HFC-134a and HFC-152a have been established. Put into industrial operation, China's fluorine chemical industry already has the strength to participate in international competition.
In the research and development of fluorine chemicals, organic fluorine production technology is synchronized with the international, Freon diluted pyrolysis monomer, continuous polymerization production of different content of fluorine rubber, broad molecular weight distribution and control technology and other processes are close to the international advanced level; in the tetrafluoroethylene With regard to its polymerization equipment, advanced 8 cubic meters of suspension polymerization tanks, 4 cubic meters of dispersion polymerization tanks, and 8 cubic meters of crushed barrels have been developed to greatly increase the production efficiency. In terms of hydrogen fluoride production equipment, 4~ 8 cubic meters horizontal, ball reactor, solve the device amplification problem.
Compared with foreign countries, the technology and production capacity of China's basic fluorochemicals have made foreign companies not dare to ignore, but there is a big gap between fluoropolymers and fluorine fine chemicals. Fluoropolymers are mainly PTFE, but high-grade varieties mainly depend on imports; fluororubber varieties are less than 10, high-fluorine content fluoroelastomers are still in trial production stage, automotive fluororubbers still rely on imports; electronic fluorine Materials should speed up the development of ultra-pure hydrofluoric acid, high-purity fluoropolymers, lithium hexafluorophosphate and other inorganic fluorochemicals, etc.; fluorinated fabric finishing agents, fluorine-containing paper treatment agents and fluorine-containing release agents are still not produced by domestic manufacturers; electrolysis. Fluorine-containing products and fluorochemical reagents are still in their infancy. Only a few products are relatively mature. These are the focus of the next step in technological innovation in the fluorine chemical industry.
