Hydraulic Central Air Conditioner Fan Coil / Electric Motor Valve

Introduction
The SK series brass motorized valves are specifically designed to regulate the flow of water or steam in response to control signals from thermostats, making them ideal for use in zone control and fan coil systems. These valves are driven by a hysteresis synchronous motor with a spring return mechanism. The valve is normally closed, and when the thermostat activates, it sends an opening signal, allowing the motorized valve to open. This enables chilled or hot water to enter the coil and provide heating or cooling to the room. Once the room temperature reaches the set point, the thermostat will cut off the power supply, causing the valve to close again.

Key Structural Features
1. The valve includes an inbuilt contact switch that automatically turns off the motor once the valve has fully opened or closed, ensuring energy efficiency and safety while extending its service life.
2. The valve body is separated from the driver, allowing for quick and easy disassembly during maintenance or repairs.
3. The unique valve body design allows for a large pressure differential, making it suitable for various industrial applications.
4. The driver comes with a manual control option, which is useful for system debugging and maintenance. A manual opening of approximately 70% can be achieved by pushing the white drive arm down to the bottom and then inward. When power is restored, the valve and driver will automatically return to their normal operating position.
5. The B-type driver features an integrated relay, one-line control, and a three-speed switch, enabling multiple valves to operate in parallel and compatibility with various temperature control switches (especially for four-pipe systems).
6. The standard driver is compatible with one temperature controller per electric valve, and any issues arising from improper installation or configuration are not the manufacturer's responsibility.

Installation Guidelines
1. Before installation, carefully read the instructions and consult a professional technician to ensure proper wiring according to the provided diagram.
2. Install the electric valve in a location that is easily accessible for maintenance and at a safe distance from surrounding objects. No electrical equipment should be placed beneath the valve body to prevent leakage and potential hazards. The driver must be installed horizontally above the valve body.
3. Clear all debris from the piping before installation, and install a 50-mesh (or finer) filter at the front end of the electric valve to protect it from damage.
