The powder and granular material transport truck, also called bulk cement truck, is composed of special vehicle chassis, bulk cement truck tanks, gas pipeline system, and automatic unloading equipment. It is suitable for bulk transportation of fly ash, cement, lime powder, ore powder, granule base and other dry materials with particle diameter no larger than 0.1mm. Mainly used for cement plants, cement warehouses and large construction sites, it can save a lot of packaging materials and loading and unloading labor.

The chassis part can choose Dongfeng chassis, Jiefang chassis, heavy truck Steyr chassis, Jianghuai chassis, Hongyan, etc. According to actual needs, the user can choose the chassis. The powder material car tank body is mainly composed of a cylinder body, an upper end of the tank body feeding inlet, a fluidized bed, a discharge pipe assembly, an air inlet pipe and other accessories. The top of the tank is equipped with two or three feed inlets.

The front and rear air chambers of the powder and grain material transport vehicle (bulk cement truck) are each provided with an air intake pipe, and the functions of simultaneous opening and separate control can be realized through the ball valve.

The working principle of the system is as follows: The working power is drawn from the gearbox of the automobile, and the compressed air generated by the gear drive drives the air compressor into the air chamber through the control pipeline, which causes the fluidized phenomenon of the powder and granular materials in the tank. When the pressure reaches 0.196Mpa, open the discharge butterfly valve to achieve discharge.

1. When driving bulk cement trucks, do not overspeed or overpressure. Overspeed or overpressure can seriously damage the air compressor. The maximum speed of this machine can be seen in the main technical data sheet, working pressure is 0.2MPa.

2, do not quickly start or stop the air compressor, but should slowly increase or deceleration, otherwise, punch pressure will damage the air compressor.

3, do not change the direction of rotation of the air compressor, otherwise, the oil pump will not seriously damage the machine.

4. Do not stop the air compressor before decompression. Otherwise, the powdered material may flow back into the air cylinder, causing serious damage to the air compressor.

5, need to check the oil standard before starting. The oil level must not be lower than the lower limit of the oil standard; always check whether the oil pump is supplied with oil. If it is not supplied with oil, check it immediately. Otherwise, the lack of oil can seriously damage the air compressor.

6, to replace the oil on schedule. 30 hours after the new machine is used, the oil in the crankcase is drained, the inside of the crankcase and the oil filter net are cleaned, and then the oil is changed. After that, change the oil once a year.

7, to check and clean the oil filter. Normal conditions are checked and cleaned once every quarter. If the machine usage rate is high, it should be checked and cleaned once a month.

8. The lubricant used by this machine is CD40 diesel engine oil. It is forbidden to mix different brands of lubricants, otherwise the deterioration of lubricants will affect the lubrication effect.

9, to maintain and clean the air filter element every 30 hours of work. While rotating the filter element, the compressed air with a pressure of less than 0.6 MPa is blown from the inside to the outside. After five maintenance, replace the new filter element. Never clean the filter element with oil or water.
