After undergoing processes like feeding, heating, melting, cooling, drying, and cutting, the final product is high-quality PP PE plastic pellets that can be used to manufacture various products like chairs, profiles, bottles, drainage pipes, and sheets.
 
Working Flow of
PP PE Hard/Rigid Flake Granulation Line
Screw feeder → Efficient extruder → Non-stop hydraulic screen filter changer → (second stage extruder → hydraulic screen filter changer → die head →) Water cooling → Strand cutting → Blower → Storage hopper → Electric control panel

1. Screw feeder: The first step in the process, where PP PE rigid washed flakes are fed into the hopper via a screw. A sensor detects material levels and stops or starts the system accordingly.
2. Extruder: Responsible for plasticization and degassing. A specialized single screw extruder melts the pre-compacted material. The second stage extruder ensures efficient extrusion. The double-zone vacuum system removes moisture and low molecular compounds, ideal for heavy printed films or materials with some water content.
3. Non-stop hydraulic screen filter changer: Provides dual-stage filtration—coarse in the first extruder and fine in the second. This reduces the frequency of sieve changes and improves efficiency based on input quality and granule usage.
4. Water cooling: Constructed from 304 stainless steel, this 4-meter long unit cools the melted plastic effectively.
5. Cutting pelletizing: Equipped with high-performance speed steel and hard alloy blades, ensuring durability and minimal maintenance due to its compact design.
