1. Instruction
The GWE-1000B Computerized Servo Strand Wire Tensile Strength Testing Machine is designed with PC control and an automatic hydraulic loading system. The main engine controller is separately fixed, ensuring a smooth operation and high precision. It is suitable for testing various materials such as metals and non-metallic composites, performing experiments like tensile, compression, bending, and shear.
2. Structure Element
The main frame includes an adjustable support (base, screw thread pole, movable crossbeam), and a working frame (working oil tank, piston, platform, and upper clamp set). High-pressure oil pumps supply oil to the working oil tank, allowing the piston to move and perform stretching and pressing tests. The space between the upper and lower crossbeams is used for tensile testing, while the motor, gear, and chain drive work together to move the crossbeam.
3. PC Control Universal Testing Machine Introduction
This electro-hydraulic universal material testing and analysis system allows for data collection, automatic analysis, report printing, and curve generation. It is ideal for testing metal, cement, and concrete materials in various industries, including mining, research institutions, and construction quality control departments.
4. Characteristics
The GWE-1000B features a six-column framework structure (four columns and two lead screws) for enhanced stability and rigidity. It uses hydraulic clamps for automatic sample clamping, high-precision sensors for displacement measurement, and a PCI bus control mode with Windows XP. It can be equipped with a touchscreen for easier operation and supports multiple technical parameters such as elastic module E, yield strength, and tensile strength.
5. Security Protection
The machine includes position limiters, emergency switches, and automatic protection against overloads, overcurrents, overvoltage, and overheating, ensuring safe operation during testing procedures.
6. Software Features
The software offers two-level password management, live display of load, position, and strain, peak indication during and after tests, real-time rate monitoring, customizable X-Y graphs, and data export options. It also supports international units and calibration features to meet testing standards.
7. Electro-Hydraulic Measurement Control Cabinet
The control cabinet features a microcomputer panel, high-quality integrated components, a high-precision meter amplifier, and 18-bit analog-to-digital conversion for accurate measurements and reliable performance.
