1. Instruction
The GWE-1000B Computerized Servo Strand Wire Tensile Strength Testing Machine is designed with PC control and an automatic hydraulic loading system. The main engine controller is separately fixed, offering a user-friendly operation, stable working performance, high accuracy, and steady loading. It can perform tests such as tensile, compression, bending, and shearing on metal and nonmetallic composite materials.
2. Structure Element
The main engine consists of an adjustable support (base, screw thread pole, movable crossbeam (lower clamp set)) and a working frame (working oil tank, piston, platform, support crossbeam (upper clamp set)). High-pressure oil pumps supply oil to the working oil tank, allowing the piston to move and perform stretch and press tests. The test space is between the upper and lower crossbeams. The life motor, gear, and chain drive operate at the same speed to move the crossbeam.
3. PC Control Universal Testing Machine Introduction
This electro-hydraulic universal material testing and analysis system has functions for data collection, automatic analysis, report printing, and curve generation. It is suitable for tensile, compressive, cement, and concrete nonmetallic material testing. It serves industrial and mining businesses, commercial arbitration institutions, scientific research institutes, colleges, and construction project quality control institutions.
4. Characteristics
The machine uses a six-vertical-column framework structure (four columns and two lead screws) for enhanced stability and rigidity. It features hydraulic chuck samples with automatic clamping and sputter film pressure sensors for higher measuring accuracy. High-precision displacement sensors and drawing meters are used for sample deformation measurement. It uses PCI bus control mode and Windows XP operating system. A touch screen option enhances operation and control. It supports partial curve amplification and comparison of multiple technical parameters like elastic module E, yield strength ReH, tensile strength RM, and more. It prints complete experimental reports and curves, conforming to GB/T228-2002 and GB/T5224-2003 standards.

6.6 Automatic saving of transducer information for later recall, re-graph, and recalculation.
6.7 Automatic saving of results for statistical computation and export to spreadsheet and database programs like Access and Excel.
6.8 Print single test reports including X-Y graphs on a single page.
6.9 Select from predefined analyses: peak load, peak stress, tensile strength, Rp0.2, Rt0.5, ReH, ReL, elongation break, etc.
6.10 Specimen geometries: flat, round, cylinder, square, tube, pipe.
6.11 Define, save, and recall test setups to minimize errors and save time.
6.12 International units: "N", "kgf", "lb", "mm", "in", etc.
6.13 Calibration: adjust hardware of load cell via software to meet testing standards.
