The "Notice" made it clear that the demonstration areas for marine economic innovation and development in the region are the four major areas of efficient marine aquaculture, marine medicine and biological products, marine equipment and marine industry public service platforms, including industrial algae, industrialized recirculating aquaculture, and new types. 11 specific projects such as marine biological materials and marine biological industrial equipment.
