The registered capital of the newly formed company is planned to be 10 million yuan, and Anhui Heli will invest in a cash ratio of not less than 60%.
According to a report released by Anhui Heli, as of the first half of the year, the company's main business revenue totaled 274,966,000 yuan, an increase of 22% over the same period of last year; and the main business profit was 6,376.4,700 yuan, an increase of 47% year-on-year; Total profit of 38,563,700 yuan, an increase of 54%; net profit of 32,779,900 yuan, an increase of 96% over the same period last year, accounting for nearly 60% of net profit last year. This is mainly due to the fact that the company has continuously adjusted its product structure in accordance with market demand in recent years, increased the added value of its products, and persisted in promoting management innovation and reducing costs, thereby effectively increasing the profitability of its products. The company stated that it will use the opportunity of joining the WTO soon to develop the development of marine, land and air storage systems as well as machinery and container forklifts. Therefore, the company's main business has broad prospects for development.
