Metal Reinforced Instant Adhesive
Metal-reinforced instant adhesive is a single-component ,no mixing Cyanoacrylate Adhesive.Fast curing speed,able to achieve bond strength in a short time.It has good adhesion and bonding strength to metal materials, and can withstand certain tensile force, shear force and impact force to ensure the firm connection of metal parts.It has certain properties such as temperature resistance, moisture resistance, and chemical corrosion resistance, and can maintain bonding stability under different environmental conditions. Some products also have anti-aging, anti-ultraviolet properties, and are suitable for outdoor or long-term use of metal products.
Core features
​High strength: The shear strength can reach 20-30 MPa (about 10-15 MPa for ordinary instant adhesive), which can replace some mechanical fixation (such as riveting and welding).
​Temperature resistance: The operating temperature range is extended to -50°C~150°C (usually -40°C~80°C for ordinary instant adhesive).
​Electrical conductivity/thermal conductivity: Some glues containing copper or silver powder have electrical/thermal conductivity and are suitable for the electronics field.
​Medium resistance: The tolerance to oil, water, weak acid and alkali is better than that of ordinary instant adhesive.
