LQRY series hot oil pumps feature a self-heat-radiating design, replacing the traditional water-cooling system. **Key Structural Features**
1. The basic structure is single-stage, single-suction, cantilever-foot supported. The pump draws fluid axially and discharges it vertically, mounted on the same base as the motor.
2. Equipped with double ball bearings, the front end is lubricated with oil, while the rear end uses grease. A guide tube is placed in the middle to monitor sealing conditions and recover heat transfer oil.
3. The shaft seal combines packing and mechanical seals. High-temperature resistant packing ensures good thermal adaptability, while the mechanical seal uses high-strength, wear-resistant hard alloy material for excellent sealing under high temperatures. Additionally, imported PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) is used as a lip seal, offering 25 times better reliability than rubber seals and strong corrosion resistance.
