(3) The time for the drying material to stay in the fluidized bed can be arbitrarily extended. The drying time can be selected and adjusted as needed to facilitate the control of the moisture content of the dried product. The moisture content of the dried product is stable.
(4) Special devices such as stirrers, internal heat exchangers, vibrators etc. can be installed in the fluidized bed to extend the application of the equipment to the drying of materials such as paste-like materials and suspensions.
(5) The equipment structure is simple, and the production capacity is large. The processing capacity per hour can range from tens of kilograms to hundreds of tons. Continuous operation can be performed in the same device, and intermittent operation can also be performed.
