YCB Marine Gear Unloading Pump for Oil
*Brief Introduction*
This pump is designed for transferring non-corrosive lubricating oil or similar liquids without solid particles or fibers. It is also suitable for hydraulic systems.
*Application Scope*
It can be used as a transfer pump, booster pump in oil delivery systems, and as a fuel pump for delivery, pressurization, and injection in fuel supply systems. Additionally, it functions as a hydraulic pump in various industrial fields, providing hydraulic power and serving as a lubricating pump.
*Structure Features*
The YCB series gear pumps consist of gears, shafts, pump body, pump cover, bearing sleeves, and shaft seals. The double circular tooth design reduces wear on the gear surface, ensuring stable operation, low noise, long service life, and high efficiency. This design eliminates traditional methods and represents a new era in pump development and application.
The pump includes a safety valve to protect against overload, with a full return flow pressure 1.5 times higher than the rated discharge pressure. Adjustments can be made within the allowable pressure range based on conditions. However, the safety valve should not be used as a pressure-reducing valve for extended periods. A separate pressure-reducing valve can be installed if needed.
Two types of shaft seals are available: mechanical seal and packing seal, which can be selected based on client requirements or application conditions.
