Our twin-screw pumps are designed to transfer a wide range of non-solid containing fluids or high-viscosity media. They offer excellent performance and reliability for both lubricating and non-lubricating liquids, as well as corrosive substances and gas-liquid mixtures.

B. Application Fields

C. Features
1. Special inlet-outlet design ensures sufficient medium remains in the pump. Even when suction is empty, it maintains good self-priming ability.

2. The pump body features a special circular valve that opens when outlet pressure exceeds working pressure. This allows some fluid to return, reducing starting torque and enabling operation under full pressure.

3. Synchronizer gears transfer torque from the drive screw to the idler, ensuring no metal contact and reliable power transmission. This prevents damage during dry running.

4. Meshing screws form a sealed cavity, allowing liquid to move axially with the cavity. This provides steady and continuous flow without pulsation.

5. The pump offers multiple heating structures to adapt to different temperatures and media conditions.
