A. Application Range
The twin-screw pump is designed to transfer various non-solid containing fluids or extremely high viscosity media. It offers wide availability and high reliability for both lubricating and non-lubricating media, as well as for corrosive liquids and gas-liquid mixtures.

B. Application Fields
1. Petrochemical Industry: Transfer pump for various oils, crude oil, residual oil, heavy oil, bitumen, diesel, gasoline, etc.
2. Shipbuilding Industry: Transfer pump, cargo oil pump, booster pump, stripping pump, and engine lubricating pump for fuel oil, lubricating oil, waste oil, bilge sludge, and seawater.
3. Chemical Industry: Transfer pump for acids, alkalis, salt solutions, resins, glycerin, olefins, polymers, and cosmetics emulsions.
4. Paint Industry: Transfer pump for inks, paints, oil-based paints, and dopes.
5. Food Industry: Transfer pump for high-viscosity substances like alcohol, beverages, honey, sugar juice, toothpaste, milk, soy sauce, animal oil, vegetable oil, and chocolate.
6. Oil Storage and Transportation: Loading and unloading of oil products at stations, ships, and tankers.

C. Features
1. The inlet and outlet design ensures sufficient medium remains in the pump. Even when the suction pipe is empty, the pump still has excellent self-priming performance.
2. The pump body uses a special circular valve that opens when the outlet pressure exceeds the working pressure. This allows some fluid to return to the inlet, reducing startup torque under full pressure.
3. A synchronizer gear transfers torque from the driving screw to the driven screw, ensuring no metal contact and reliable power transmission between elements. This prevents damage during dry running.
4. The meshing screws form a sealed cavity inside the pump. As they rotate, the liquid moves axially with the cavity, delivering it steadily and continuously without pulsation.
5. The twin-screw pump comes with multiple heating structures to adapt to different media under varying temperatures.
