Energy Saving of Enterprises Faces Three Constraints
Hong Shaohe said that as one of the nine key energy-consumption industries identified by the country, the energy-saving work of coal enterprises in China is mainly faced with three constraints.
First, most of the technology and equipment of domestic coal mines are backward and have high energy consumption. 90% of the energy consumption of coal products is electricity, and the power consumption of fans, pumps, air compressors and Other equipment exceeds 65% of the total electricity consumption. According to statistics, about 40% of the country's coal mines are running out of equipment. The average efficiency of the main ventilators and main drainage pumps in state-owned key coal mines is only 60%, and the average thermal efficiency of industrial boilers is less than 50%. 15 to 20 percentage points lower. Second, China's coal resource utilization efficiency is low.
Not long ago, the 2007 Energy Blue Book “2007 China Energy Development Report” stated that the current average coal mine resource recovery rate in China is 30%, which is less than half of the world’s advanced level. According to statistics, the recovery rate of raw coal in developed countries exceeds 90%, and the recovery rate of small coal mines that account for 40% of the country's coal production is only 10% to 15%.
Third, China's coal companies have lower raw coal processing rates. According to statistics, the current rate of raw coal washing in the country's coal mines is only 32%. A large number of raw coals are transported and directly burned over long distances. This not only results in inefficient coal transportation, but also causes serious pollution.
The pioneering enterprise plays a prominent role
Hong Shaohe believes that in order to break through these bottlenecks, coal companies should vigorously promote high-efficiency fans, air compressors, wear-resistant mining pumps and other new equipment, and phase out high energy-consuming old, old, and miscellaneous equipment. "If the coal mine fan's static pressure efficiency reaches 78%, the pump efficiency is 75%, and the air compressor's efficiency exceeds 80%, the annual energy saving capability of 1,500 megawatt-hour can be formed."
In respect of energy-saving technologies, Hong Shaohe emphasized: "We must strive to improve the quality of coal, and vigorously develop coal washing and processing, so that we can supply roads according to the needs of users. Hong Shaohe believes that while promoting new equipment and new technologies, coal companies must also make full use of wastes such as coal gangue, coal slime, mine gas, and mine water that are emitted during coal mining, and turn waste into treasure.
It goes without saying that to achieve the goal of energy conservation and emission reduction proposed by China's “Eleventh Five-Year Plan”, we must not only play the leading role of the government and the promotion role of industry associations, but also strengthen the sense of responsibility of the company as a main energy-saving entity. At present, China's coal industry has many energy-saving and emission reduction flag-handers, among which there are many advantageous enterprises such as Yankuang Mining and China Coal Group. Twenty key environmental protection and energy conservation projects were completed, and a total of 61,000 tons of standard coal was saved. Waste coal gangue, slime, and other wastes generated throughout the year were all recycled and used—this is the Yancheng Mine's 2007 energy saving and emission reduction military order. On this basis, the energy consumption of this year's GDP has been reduced by more than 4.5%, and the elimination rate of high-energy-consuming equipment throughout the year is not less than 30%. Not only that, but the group has also signed environmental protection and energy saving target responsibility letters with each branch company, and promised to return 50% of the energy conservation benefits to the employees if the energy conservation achievements are outstanding.
It is understood that in 2006, Yankuang completed 19 energy-saving technological transformation projects and eliminated 1,500 sets of high-energy-consuming equipment. The comprehensive energy consumption per million yuan of industrial output value is 1.08 tons of standard coal, which is at least 2 tons lower than the average level of Shandong Province; The average recovery rate of the district reached 81%, which is 7 percentage points higher than the average level in the domestic industry.
Point of view: Why energy-saving technology is good or bad
Compared with energy-saving vanguard enterprises, there are a large number of domestic coal companies that do not seem to favor energy-saving technologies. As a result, coal-fired energy-saving technologies have become embarrassing.
Hong Shaohe analyzed that the technology of washing and processing in China is now basically mature. It only needs less investment to receive immediate results, but the main reasons for these energy-saving technologies are difficult to promote include: First, the coal companies The awareness of energy conservation needs to be popularized and strengthened. Domestic coal companies often ignore long-term development driven by short-term interests. Second, the coal industry lacks relevant incentive and punishment mechanisms for promoting energy-saving technologies. Third, the coal industry is a very special underground operation industry. An energy-saving technology does not have universal applicability. It will be subject to various factors such as the resource endowment of different mines, geographical location, and transportation conditions. Fourth, the promotion and application of coal energy-saving technologies is a systematic project that needs to be supported and implemented in many aspects.
Taking the recycling of coal gangue as an example, China's current coal gangue reserves have reached 3.5 billion tons and occupy an area of ​​15,000 hectares. There are about more than 130 waste rock dumps that are self-igniting, and annual emissions are increasing at a rate of 400 million tons. In 2006, the total installed capacity of coal gangue power plants in China was 10 million kilowatts. According to the plan, in 2010, the planned installed capacity of coal gangue power plants in China will reach 30 million kilowatts. If the utilization rate of coal gangue is 70%, the heat output is equivalent to 40 million tons of standard coal. Undoubtedly, to realize the transformation of coal gangue into valuable waste, it is necessary to build supporting facilities such as coal gangue power plants or coal gangue brick factories around the coal mines.
Looking around at many domestic coal companies, there are not only a few demonstrative enterprises that have achieved outstanding results in this respect, but Yankuang, which is the largest coal energy production enterprise in East China, is one of them. In order to give full play to the maximum value of coal gangue resources, the Group has built 3 coal gangue brick-making plants on the basis of 5 coal gangue building materials plants, and designed 240 million gangue bricks annually. 1 million tons of coal gangue are consumed; at the same time, coal gangue is used to build roads, fill subsidence areas, produce cement building materials, and implement the Lanshi Mountain Landscaping Project. The comprehensive utilization of coal gangue and fly ash is 7.4 million tons, and the comprehensive utilization rate of solid waste reaches 100. %.
It can thus be seen that if a coal energy-saving technology is to be well-known and well-known, coal companies must not only correct their attitudes, but also increase their awareness of energy conservation.
