Automatic oiler for good lubrication of motor bearings

Lubrication of motor bearings has an important influence on the fatigue life of rolling bearings, friction, wear, temperature, and vibration. Without normal lubrication, bearings cannot work. Analyzing the cause of bearing damage, about 40% of bearing damage is related to poor lubrication. Therefore, good motor bearing lubrication is an effective measure to reduce friction and wear of bearings. In addition, the lubrication of the bearing has many functions such as heat dissipation, rust prevention, sealing, and mitigation of impact.

A. A film of oil is formed between the two rolling surfaces that contact each other and the sliding surface, separating the two surfaces and reducing the friction and wear of the contacting surfaces.

B. When using oil lubrication, especially when circulating lubrication, oil mist lubrication, and grease lubrication are used, the lubricant can take away most of the frictional heat inside the bearing and play a limited role in heat dissipation.

C. When grease lubrication is used, external foreign materials such as dust can be prevented from entering the bearing and acting as a seal.

D. Lubricants have the effect of preventing metal corrosion.

E. Extend the bearing fatigue life.

Nowadays bearing lubrication is a more usual way, and regular and quantitative lubrication is scientifically based on bearing size, speed and use environment to determine the choice of grease lubrication and oil lubrication.
