2-11 Alarm fire in Chicago, 7-15-17

This report comes from Eric Haak:

Engine 47 arrived at 6416 S. Cottage Grove Avenue around 4:50 a.m. on Saturday, July 15, and reported significant fire on the second floor as well as through the roof, requesting a "box" response. Ten minutes later, Battalion 5 confirmed that the fire was still intense through the roof and that they had gone fully defensive. The incident was later escalated to a 2-11 alarm. A similar 2-11 alarm occurred at a neighboring building on July 8, 2012, and images from that event are available in the archives of this site.
