Tinley Park Car Fire, 8-4-14

The Tinley Park Fire Department responded to a car fire this morning. Ambulance 201 was in the area and reported a fully-engulfed vehicle on fire. Firefighters quickly arrived on scene and began working to contain the blaze, while emergency personnel assisted with traffic control and public safety.

The scene was intense but well-managed by the first responders. Local residents were advised to stay clear of the area as firefighters worked to ensure the fire was completely under control. No injuries have been reported at this time.
