**Disc Stack Centrifuge Series:**

Equipped with a high G-force ranging from 6500 to 9800, these centrifuges offer excellent sludge removal capabilities and automated operation. The bowl can be constructed using either Super Duplex stainless steel or standard SUS304, ensuring high erosion resistance and durability under tough conditions.

**Application**

The Fuyi Centrifuge Separator is designed for intermittent solid discharge while separating two immiscible liquid phases with different densities. It is widely used for processing fish press liquids, stick water, extracts, and purifying fish oil, liver oil, animal fats, and similar products.

**Standard Design**

The machine includes a frame with a horizontal drive shaft, clutch, brake, worm gear, lubricating oil bath, and vertical bowl spindle. The bowl is mounted on the spindle and enclosed within the frame structure. All components in contact with process liquids are made of stainless steel. The bowl is a solid-ejecting type with a hydraulic system, and the motor is variable frequency or controlled-torque type.

**Basic Equipment**

Includes concentrator/purifier parts, inlet and outlet devices, revolution counter, erosion protection set, illuminated sight glass box, vibration switch, vibration-isolated base plate, flange motor, and standard spare parts.
