Description
This high-speed dispersion mixer is a highly efficient and multifunctional mixing system designed for fast process changes and the ability to mix materials with varying viscosities. The machine features three or four different mixing blades, including one low-speed blade that rotates around the vessel axis and two or three high-speed blades that spin independently at different speeds, ensuring strong shearing and kneading action during the mixing process. An E-shaped scraper rotates around the vessel to remove material stuck on the walls and bottom. The unit is well-sealed, offers vacuum functionality, and has excellent degassing and bubble removal capabilities. The vessel cover can be hydraulically lifted, and the body moves freely for easy operation and maintenance.
