Description
The high-speed dispersion mixer is a highly efficient and multifunctional machine designed for fast process changes and mixing materials with varying viscosities. It features three or four different mixing blades, including one low-speed blade rotating around the vessel axis and two or three high-speed blades spinning independently at different speeds. This ensures strong shearing and kneading action during the mixing process. The E-shaped scraper moves around the vessel to remove material stuck on the walls and bottom, ensuring complete mixing and no residue.
The equipment is fully sealed, equipped with vacuum functionality, and offers excellent exhaust and bubble removal capabilities. The vessel cover can be hydraulically lifted, and the vessel body is movable for easy operation and maintenance.
