Hoist Driving DeviceThe SC type construction hoist transmission mechanism, also known as the elevator drive plate, is a core component of the elevator’s drive and safety system. It integrates a YZZl32M 4 special motor, a plane enveloping ring surface worm gear reducer, and safety device components on the same base.
Installed inside the elevator car, it consists of a motor and speed reducer that transfer power to the small gear reducer on the output side, which engages with the vertical rack and pinion to move the car smoothly. The safety device ensures that in case of motor brake failure or slippage, it activates immediately to prevent any potential falling accident, ensuring safe operation of the lifting machine.The compact design is optimized after running-in tests. The product comes in three-drive and double-drive configurations, and single-motor reducers are also available for different applications.Hoist Driving Device(Single): Main performance parameters include a motor rated power of 11 kW, rated speed of 1400 r/min, and braking torque of 120 N·m. The reducer (single) has a ratio of 14 (16), rated output torque of 890 (1020) N·m, and an efficiency of 85%. The safety device has a brake load rating of 30 kN, a rated speed of 1.2 m/s, and a braking distance of 0.15–1.40 m. Note: gear reducer and bracket data are customized according to user requirements.
