1. Brief Introduction of Centrifugal Type Sea Water Pump
 CIS single stage end suction centrifugal pump is suitable for water or liquids similar to water. It's simple, reliable, compact, lightweight, and features good cavitation resistance, low power consumption, and easy maintenance. Product applications include industrial and municipal water supply and drainage, pressurization of high-rise buildings, garden irrigation, fire boosting, long-distance water delivery, heating systems, and cold and hot water circulation in bathrooms, among others.


2. Structural Characteristics of Centrifugal Type Sea Water Pump
    CIS series pumps are designed according to the performance and size standards set by ISO2858. The main components include the pump body (1), pump cover (2), impeller (3), shaft (4), seal ring (5), shaft sleeve (8), and bearing assembly (12). The pump body and pump cover are split from the back of the impeller, known as the rear door opening structure. This design makes maintenance convenient, as only the intermediate coupling of the long coupling needs to be removed, allowing the rotor parts to be easily accessed for servicing.
The pump housing, which includes the pump body and pump cover, forms the working chamber of the pump, along with the impeller, shaft, and rolling bearings. The bearing assembly supports the rotor parts and bears both radial and axial forces of the pump.
To balance the axial force, most pumps have a seal ring before and after the impeller, and there is a balance hole on the back cover plate of the impeller. However, some pumps have minimal axial force, so they may not have a seal ring or balance hole on the back of the impeller.
