Structural Characteristics of Centrifugal Type Sea Water Pump CIS series pumps are designed according to national standards ISO2858, consisting of components such as pump body (1), pump cover (2), impeller (3), shaft (4), seal ring (5), axle sleeve (8), and suspension bearing assembly (12). The pump housing and cover are constructed to allow access from the back of the impeller, known as the rear door opening structure. This design facilitates maintenance by removing the coupling and extracting the rotor parts without disassembling the entire system. The pump housing, impeller, and shaft form the rotor, while the bearing supports the radial and axial forces. A balance hole on the impeller helps manage axial forces, enhancing overall efficiency and performance.
